Jorge Jose De Los Rios

Chef Jorge De Los Rios has an expertise of more than 19 years in the Culinary Arts. He has dedicated 9 years of his career to The Condado Plaza Hilton. Currently, he is one of the hotel’s Sous Chef. Studied in Universidad del Este in the International School of Tourism and Hotel Management and got certified in Culinary Arts and Food Safety Manager. Jorge has participated has worked in the kitchens of the well-known Conrad New York as Sous Chef, giving him the ability to share his knowledge with others.
Chef Jorge’s leadership attitude is one of his greatest assets. By using his leadership and creativity skills, he’s been able implement at the Condado Plaza a unique culinary experience.
